Add Project

Add a separated customer, site or branch project

Use this page when another customer, site, branch, web estate or operational signal group should stay separated under an existing PMT account.

Existing account only

This page adds a project. It does not create a new account.

Need account reference
Example: PAR-ABC123.

Need signup email
Must match the primary account email.

Need separation
Customer, site, branch or signal group.

When to add a project

Add a project when separation matters more than convenience.

  • another customer
  • another site or branch
  • another operational group
  • another internal project
  • a distinct signal set that should not be mixed with another view

Do not add projects just to create broad coverage.

Keep the same discipline

A new project does not change the PMT model.

Start with one signal that would change what someone does.

1 project

1 first signal

1 reason to keep it separate

What happens after the form is accepted

  1. PMT checks the account reference and signup email.
  2. A new project is created under that account.
  3. A project label or project reference is returned.
  4. You can use the project for selected signals.
  5. Stations and signal types can appear when valid signals are first received and shown.

The project reflects signals. It does not interpret them.

Two ways to use the new project

Deploy a starter check
Use a transparent BAT/PS1 check where it fits, with the token for this project.

Send your own signal
Use a script, job, plugin, device, site check or application that already knows the outcome.

Keep project data separate
Use project-specific tokens so signals land where they belong.

Project names and client refs

Project name is optional and used for recognition.

Client ref is optional, but if used it must be unique within the account.

Use a client ref when it helps identify a customer, site or operational group consistently.

Do not put sensitive data into names, refs or notes unless you are sure it belongs there.

Separate at source. Combine where useful.

Projects keep signal streams separated by customer, site or operational purpose.

Where useful, selected project views can be combined in the webapp so an operations view can span more than one project.

Combined viewing should not remove the reason for separating the projects in the first place.

Add project form

Use this form only for adding a project to an existing PMT account.

Add a PMT project
Create another separated project under an existing PMT account. Use project-specific tokens so future signals land in the right place.
Fields marked * are required.
Account
Use the account reference shown when the account was created.
Must match the primary signup email used for the existing account.
Project details
Used to help recognise the project. Keep it clear and non-sensitive.
Must be unique within the account. Use a simple reference that helps separate customers, sites or groups.
Avoid sensitive data. Notes should help with project setup, not describe private system details.
This form creates another project. It does not install anything, start checks, change billing automatically, or create broad coverage.

Before submitting

  • Use this only for an existing PMT account.
  • Use the account reference from the original signup.
  • Use the primary signup email for that account.
  • Keep project names and refs clear but non-sensitive.

The form does not install anything, discover systems or start ongoing visibility by itself.

New account?

Do not use this form for a first PMT account.

Use Signup instead.

Need a new account?

If you are new to PMT, do not use this page.

Create your first account and first project using Get your signal.

What this page does not do

  • create a new account
  • recover a lost account reference
  • change billing tier
  • install anything
  • create agents
  • discover systems
  • start ongoing visibility by itself
  • diagnose causes

PMT reflects signals. It does not interpret them.
