Choose the Starter size that fits the number of named sources sending selected signals.
Every size includes the same PMT model: starter checks, custom GET/POST signals, separated projects, scoped tokens, webapp desktop/mobile/NOC views and API/CLI readback.
Starter size changes station capacity. It does not change the product behaviour.

Use the webapp on desktop, mobile or a NOC-style screen. Read authorised stored results through API/CLI when another tool needs them.
Keep access separated
Use separated projects and scoped send/read tokens for customers, sites, branches or other operational groups.
What counts as a station?
A station is a named source sending signals to PMT.
It might be a server, site, device, sensor gateway, scheduled-job source, WordPress site, branch or customer system.
A station can send more than one signal. One server might send heartbeat, disk, reboot and backup results while remaining one station when those signals use the same station name.
You do not need to preconfigure a full station inventory before first use.

Station limits are based on sustained use, not accidental spikes.
If a project regularly uses more stations than the selected Starter size includes, we may recommend moving to a larger size or reducing active stations. PMT does not automatically upgrade you.
Choose the smallest size that covers the first real use
A few servers, a handful of client sites, scheduled jobs, backup checks, website checks or remote devices are all sensible starting points.
If a result is not worth knowing, do not collect it. If it is useful but does not require action, keep it quiet rather than turning it into an alert.
Reasonable use.
Starter sizes are intended for normal deliberate signal use. PMT is not priced or designed for broad data collection, high-volume metric streaming, inventory collection or abusive traffic.
Excessive or abusive use may be limited to protect the service.
What does not change between sizes
Moving to a larger Starter size does not add agents, remote control, inventory, diagnosis, broad performance monitoring or compliance archiving. PMT does not do those things.
